To become an agent, you should be an active player. You should always help others when needed. You should spread the word about Chobots and/or be active on the Chobots Forum. You should also be trustworthy and reliable.
Agents have the ability to warn others if they told them not to do that inappropriate thing again and they end up continuing. They also have a blue chat bubble. Agents get to have their own wall to draw in. They also get some really cool items.
